Property Management - who needs it?

Everyone with a holiday home on the Costa del Sol! Services offered by property management companies vary widely.  Some specialise in finding you holiday and long term tenants, while others just take care of your property.  At Passion 4 Property, we do it all

Mañana, mañana

One of the obvious benefits of working with a property management company on the Costa del Sol is overcoming the language barrier whether you are trying to organise maintenance, satellite installation, pay utility bills or sort out your taxes.  Also, things tend not to happen overnight here, so you can leave all this to us and not waste your valuable holiday time.

Low cost airline, late night arrival?

So, you got a bargain on the flights, but you´re arriving at midnight! It seems a great idea until something goes wrong. The hot water is not on, there is no clean bed linen, light bulbs need replacing so you can see what you´re doing and there is no Cava in the fridge!  On a more serious note, there may have been unwanted guests in the property, insect or rodent, or even human.

We will thoroughly check your apartment once a week and provide you with a detailed report advising if any work needs to be done.  We can arrange quotations, recommend tradesmen and supervise the work so your property is ready for your arrival.

Making life easier for you

Airport transfers, grocery shopping, cleaning and laundry services are available both for owners and family/friends using the property. We are here to meet and greet, provide keys, make sure everyone has everything they need and to be on hand should any problems arise.

Peace of Mind

So who needs it? Everyone with a holiday home abroad.  Property management provides private individuals and company property owners with the confidence that someone else is taking care of things in their absence.
