This private and secluded villa has been beautifully finished to the highest standard with marble throughout, tropical gardens and its own heated swimming pool. The villa has its own private entrance, driveway and garage on the lower level with steps leading up to the grand main entrance and hallway. The master bedroom and twin 3rd bedroom can be found just off the hallway and both have ensuite bathrooms and are elegantly frunished. The 2nd bedroom is on the upper level with its own terrace and bathroom. The living room and dining area are incredibly spacious and lead directly onto an arched covered terraced area overlooking the pool and gardens. The dining area and hallway lead into a large modern, fully equiped kitchen and utility.

The 4th double bedroom is located in a separate building next to the pool.

The villa is located right in the heart of Nueva Andalucia and just a short drive or longer walk to restaurants and the golf courses famous to the area known as Golf Valley. This area of Nueva Andalucia is well established providing you with privacy and seclusion during your holiday making it perfect for a families and couples alike.

Just a 5 minute drive brings you into the infamous Puerto Banus, famous for its exciting nightlife, wealth of restaurants, exclusive boutiques and impressive boat harbour. Just to the east of Puerto Banus is the cosmopolitan town of Marbella where you can enjoy a stroll around the Old Town and take in the atmosphere of the Orange Square or meander along the sea front sampling the delights in the many local tapas bars.

To the west of Nueva Andalucia you can explore the typically Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona or take a short drive up to the mountain 'pueblo' village of Benahavis, famous for its cuisine. On a Saturday morning a market is held just above Puerto Banus where you can buy leather goods, art and crafts local to the area.
