Passion 4 Property SC is headed up by Charlotte Hanson and Louise Mumby who between them have eight years' experience in helping people to set up their new homes on the Coast, ready for their own use, or for renting out.

After having worked for some of the Coast’s biggest names in real estate and furnishing, Louise and Charlotte decided that it was time to break the mould and the restrictions placed on them by working within large organisations.

In January 2006, Passion 4 Property was born and the company has grown from strength to strength in a very short time.

The girls at Passion 4 Property aim to provide each of their clients with a unique and bespoke service so whether you’re looking for someone to help with the cleaning and laundry, or you need to find a piano tuner – they’re up to the challenge.
