Passion 4 Property SL began in January 2006 and has grown from strength to strength to become one of the leading property management & holiday rental companies on the Costa del Sol.

The Passion 4 Property team, headed by Louise Mumby, have all lived & worked in the Costa del Sol for many years and come from a background of helping people to set up & furnish their new homes in Spain.  It was here that the idea for Passion 4 Property evolved with so many clients seeking a reliable & trustworthy company to offer ongoing help to look after them & their second home, or to rent their property for them on a long term or short term holiday rental basis.

We aim to provide a unique & bespoke service to our clients and strongly believe that all owners of a holiday home abroad need to have a management company in place.  We are a small dedicated team which allows us to be flexible and provide the personal touch, but we do have a firm eye on the future for growth and expansion!
